1. Eligibility: The Gym Sox Happy Hour Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all customers who make a purchase on the Gym Sox website ("Website") during the designated Happy Hour period between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM daily ("Happy Hour"). The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. Timing: The Giveaway's Happy Hour period is between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM daily. This time is based off the customers shipping address time zone and the time stamp automatically attached at the time of placing the order.
3. How to Participate: To participate in the Giveaway, customers must make a purchase on the Gym Sox Website during the Happy Hour period. Only one free pair of socks will be given away per customer per day, regardless of the number of purchases made during the Happy Hour.
4. Prize: Each eligible participant who makes a purchase during the Happy Hour period will receive one free pair of 'Happy Hour' socks ("Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
5. Eligible Participants: Only individuals who make a purchase on the Gym Sox Website during the Happy Hour period are eligible to receive the Prize.
6. Prize Fulfillment: The Prize will be fulfilled based on the shipping address location provided during the checkout process. The time zone of the shipping address location will determine the eligibility of the participant's purchase for the Giveaway.
7. General Conditions:
Gym Sox reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should any unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
Gym Sox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the participation process.
Gym Sox's decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold Gym Sox harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with the Giveaway or any Prize awarded.
8. Privacy: Participant information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and fulfilling Prizes. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to Gym Sox's Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
